Common questions
I'm not getting nudges.
Check Settings → Notifications → Hey You and make sure notifications are allowed. In the app, check that nudges aren't paused (Hey You → Settings), that you've added at least one contact, and review your contacts' Frequency.
My contacts aren't showing up on my other device.
Both devices need to be signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on for Hey You. Sync can take a few minutes, and it runs faster while the app is open on both devices.
Why don't I see my whole address book?
That's on purpose. Hey You only has access to the people you pick. See the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app to remove its data from a device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and find Hey You.
